Terms of use and membership.

These terms govern access to and use of CXB LLC websites, research, member areas, and paid products. By using the site or purchasing membership, you agree to these terms and the linked disclosures and privacy policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the email account used for passwordless sign-in and for activity through your membership. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, scraped, or redistributed.

Membership and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval presented at checkout until canceled. Products, tiers, prices, trials, and billing intervals appear in the secure checkout and account area and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through your account. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and previously paid fees are nonrefundable.

Permitted use

Content is licensed to an active member for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, publicly display, systematically download, train a model on, or create derivative commercial products from CXB content without written permission.

Market-content limitations

All content is subject to the Disclosures page. CXB does not provide individualized advice, trade execution, brokerage, custody, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for every market decision and for determining whether any activity is appropriate for you.

Availability and changes

Publishing schedules are goals, not guaranteed service levels. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, market events, illness, or other circumstances. CXB may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content and may restrict access for misuse or nonpayment.

Intellectual property

The site design, CXB names and marks, research, written content, graphics, frameworks, and archives are owned by or licensed to CXB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or results. CXB LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site or content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
